About the Job
We’re looking for men whose sponsor–sponsee relationship has become a steady source of guidance, accountability, and support. These bonds are often built on trust, lived experience, and the commitment to show up for one another through the highs, setbacks, and everyday moments of recovery. We’re especially interested in sponsor–sponsee pairs who are: - Building trust and consistency - Showing up for regular check-ins and honest conversations - Offering support without judgment - Holding each other accountable with care and respect - Sharing lessons learned through recovery - Navigating triggers, setbacks, and milestones - Developing routines, structure, and healthy coping tools - Learning how to ask for and accept help - Growing together over time - Celebrating progress and personal wins - Working through difficult moments side by side - Finding strength in connection and shared experience - Extending recovery into everyday life - Work, relationships, and community - Purpose, service, and giving back - Building a future grounded in stability and intention We’re looking for authentic dynamics, not perfection. Whether your relationship is new or years in the making, your story matters. This is about connection, accountability, and the powerful role men can play in supporting one another through recovery and rebuilding their lives.
